Description
|
A nostalgic train ride into Borneo's wilderness. Depart for a one and a half hour drive through the countryside, it will bring you to Beaufort town - a quiet provincial town on the Padas River. Upon arrival, board the Bornean Railway train into the heart of Tenom and experience the only railroad built in 1896. The train travels along the Padas Gorge, through rubber estates and villages. Arrival at Tenom, proceed to the Orchid Centre and the living Crop Museum. Explore numerous species of rare orchids, tropical fruits, herbal trees and many more. After lunch, proceed back to Beaufort by train. Arrive Kota Kinabalu and transfer to hotel. Note : Tour does not operate on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
